These are list of the terms use by O-Organic and their definitions.
Achievement Level - This is the rank that is achieved by O-Organic businessperson in a specific month.
Advancement Bonus (ADB) - This is the bonus given to businessperson each time he/she attained new level. The amount given to businessperson as bonus depends on the businessperson's new achievement level.
Binary Plan - A pay plan that limits your frontline to two people and qualifies you for achievement levels.
Bonus - This is the monthly remuneration paid by O-Organic to its businesspeople base on percentage of sales volume according to the pay plan. O-Organic pays out over 75% on all the products purchased by businesspeople in form of bonuses.
Bonus Volume (BV) - This is the value assigned to each of O-Organic products and used to calculate bonuses at the end of each month. Presently 1BV is equivalent to ₦100 but the value may change periodically base on the cost of production and other factors.
Breakaway - This is a situation where the level of a downline is higher than that of the upline and the upline no longer have the benefit to earn from the downline and the downlines of the said downline and this can only occur in Matching Bonus.
Breakaway Plan - A pay plan that allow you to create generations of downlines and earn bonus from them but the downlines who meet certain criteria can breakaway from their uplines.
Businessperson - This is an independent marketing representative whose contract has been received, executed and accepted by O-Organic in its sole and absolute discretion.
Businessperson ID - This is an 8-digit number that uniquely identifies each businessperson within our network business.
Commission - This is the percentage a shop proprietor earns from the purchase of O-Organic products from his/her shop.
Cumulative Network BV (CNBV) - This is the overall total BV generated by a businessperson and his/her downlines.
Cumulative Personal BV (CPBV) - This is the overall total personal BV generated by a businessperson.
Direct Bonus (DRB) - The bonus a businessperson receives from his/her personal purchases if he/she meets the Monthly Personal BV Required and also from any of the downlines he/she personally enrolled if the enrollees did not meet the Monthly Personal BV Required.
Downline - This comprises of any businessperson that is under a particular upline.
Duplicability - This is the extent to which new prospects can mastered the process of replicating top businesspeople in O-Organic network business.
Enrollee - A new businessperson that was invited by another businessperson into O-Organic network business.
Enroller - A businessperson who invites another new businessperson into O-Organic network business.
Enrollment Link - This is an O-Organic businessperson link that each businessperson can use to enroll new prospects. The link is in this format - www.o-organic.com/businesspersonID, for instance the businessperson link for O-Organic Network is www.o-organic.com/10000001.
Frontline - The businessperson that is directly under an upline. It is also referred to as Direct Downline.
Generation - This is the vertical position of a businessperson in your network. For instance, the businesspeople directly under you belong to your first generation and the ones under those that are directly under you are your second generation and so on.
Generation 1 Bonus (G1B) - The bonus a businessperson receives from any of the downlines in his/her first generation.
Generation 2 Bonus (G2B) - The bonus a businessperson receives from any of the downlines in his/her second generation.
Generation 3 Bonus (G3B) - The bonus a businessperson receives from any of the downlines in his/her third generation.
Generation 4 Bonus (G4B) - The bonus a businessperson receives from any of the downlines in his/her fourth generation.
Generation 5 Bonus (G5B) - The bonus a businessperson receives from any of the downlines in his/her fifth generation.
Indirect Downline - The businessperson within a network that was not directly under an upline.
Indirect Upline - The businessperson within a network that was not directly above a downline.
Leg - This is one of businessperson's downline.
Level - This is the numerical representation of businessperson position in O-Organic network business.
Matching Bonus (MTB) - The bonus a businessperson receives from any of his/her downlines starting from the sixth generation down to the last generation. Note that if there are more than one upline with the same level under the same network that are eligible for this bonus, they will all share the the bonus among themselves equally.
Member - A member is someone who has registered on O-Organic website and can now purchase any of our products online at retail price if he/she is a retail customer or at wholesale price if he/she is a businessperson.
Monthly Network BV (MNBV) - This is the total BV generated by a businessperson and his/her downlines in a specific month.
Monthly Personal BV (MPBV) - This is the total personal BV generated by a businessperson in a specific month.
Monthly Personal BV Required (MPBV-R) - This is the minimum personal BV a businessperson must generate on monthly basis in order for him/her to qualify for bonus in that specific month.
Network - This comprises of all the downlines of a particular upline including the said upline.
Network Marketing - This is the process of building a network of people who use O-Organic products and share it with their family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and so on. It is also referred to as Multi-Level Marketing (MLM).
Network Tree - This is the details of all the downlines of a particular upline contain information such as their names, rank, generations, sponsors, BV, etc and arrange in ascending order of generation.
Online Account - This is a non withdrawal account which any O-Organic members can use to purchase products through our website if it was funded.
Opportunity Meeting - This is a business briefing held by O-Organic businesspeople for the purpose of presenting the various opportunities in our network business to new prospects and existing businesspeople.
Pay Out - This is the total amount of money O-Organic disbursed to its businesspeople on a monthly basis as bonuses.
Pay Plan - This is a specifically designed method of paying bonuses to businesspeople for marketing O-Organic products and for networking with other businesspeople that are directly and indirectly enrolled and are part of their downlines.
Prospect - A potential person willing to join O-Organic network business.
Rank - A title claimed at each level with increase percentage of bonus which is paid at that level of qualification for each month.
Retail Customer - This is an O-Organic member or consumer whose contract has not been received by O-Organic and purchases our products at retail prices.
Retail Bonus (RTB) - This is the bonus a businessperson earned from retail sales. It is the difference between what you paid for O-Organic product and what you sell the product for to your retail customer.
Roll-out - This is the process where all the uplines of a downline missed the Generational Bonus that is rolling up because none of them have an equal or higher level than the said downline.
Roll-up - This is the process where an upline get the Generational Bonus that his/her downline is entitled to because the said downline level is lower than that of the purchaser downline.
Shop - This is a physical location where anyone can visit to join our network business, register new prospects, purchase O-Organic products, or learn more about our business opportunities. Note that getting a shop is free but a businessperson must meet certain conditions for us to approve a shop for him/her.
Shop Proprietor - This is an O-Organic businessperson that have attained the rank of an Administrator or higher and owned an independent shop.
Shop Commission (SPC) - This is the commission O-Organic paid to any shop proprietor at the end of each month base on the amount of products a shop proprietor sold. It is usually 10% of the total amount of products sold in a shop.
Spillover - The process at which a new businessperson fill the next available businessperson's leg if the sponsor's leg is already completed within the same network.
Sponsor - This is a businessperson that is directly above a downline. It is also known as direct upline.
Transaction Slip - This is the slip you will use to claim your products from O-Organic pick-up location if you made purchases online.
Turnover Bonus (TOB) - The bonus a businessperson receives from the total company sales and it is usually shared by all qualified businesspeople starting from level seven. Note that this bonus is shared by top ten businesspeople at each level of qualification that have the highest number of enrollees over a specific period of time.
Unilevel Plan - A pay plan that allow you to create single level of unlimited downlines and earn bonuses from them as an enroller.
Upline - This comprises of any businessperson that is above a particular downline.
